About the Lessons

Do your lessons offer different information than recipes I find online or shows I watch on television?

Absolutely! In our lessons, we give you the information you need to learn how to become a great - and consistent - cook. We teach you lasting lessons that will help you in every meal you prepare - and use our teaching skills to give you every detail with our step-by-step technique. Imagine how easy it is to simply play, pause, rewind and fast forward each lesson as you need it: No sorting through bookmarked pages, sifting through piles of books or struggling to remember what was said during a television show.

We prepared each DVD with the consumer in mind. For example, if you are cooking a steak, we give you a price range of the amount of money you would need to prepare the steak. This will help you budget and plan out your meals for the entire month. Did you know it takes only a few bucks to make sweet potato pie?


What if I still have questions after I complete the lessons?

We are here to help you! Simply send us an e-mail labarbproductions@gmail.com with any questions you have about the dishes in your lesson. Also, you will have access to a message board, where you can interact with other buyers who may be able to answer your question or offer suggestions.


Are your lessons a good gift?

Absolutely! We designed the cover of the packages with gift-giving in mind. The covers are full of high quality, color images, making it a perfect gift right out the box. We will even send you gift wrap with your purchase, just in case you are short on time - just let us know when you place your order.

What if I am not satisfied with the lessons?

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee! Each DVD was manufactured to meet critical quality standards. If you believe the DVD has a manufacturing defect, please call our Customer Service Department, and they will replace your DVD free of charge.

While we are confident that you will benefit from each lesson, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service Department with any issues. They are trained to satisfy you and to address your concerns the best way possible.

What happens when I place my order?

We will send you an e-mail confirmation with your order ID as soon as your order is placed.


How can I place my order?

Order online through our secure checkout or fill out our order form and submit check payment via mail.


Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely! LaBarb Productions, LLC does not have access to your credit card information. Paypal virtual terminal processes all payments, thus, the system notifies us of the payment and we ship your DVD(s). We receive only the information necessary to ship and track your order.


I made a mistake with my order - is there anything I can do?

If you notice a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail labarbproductions@gmail.com or by calling 1-800-385-0085. We will make every effort to fix the mistake prior to shipping your order.


Will my personal information be passed on to third parties?

We personally do not like junk mail and thus, we do not promote the use of our customer's’ private information. Thus, third parties are not privy to your personal information.


What payment options are available?

Shipping

When will you ship my order?

You can expect your lessons to be shipped within 5 to 7 business days, via the United States Postal Service. However, you have the option to request your lessons sooner during checkout.
